Refund Policy – Reset Protocol Courses

Full Refund: You may request a full refund if submitted in writing before the course starts.

Partial Refund: After the course has started, refunds may be considered on a prorated basis, depending on how many sessions you’ve attended and the amount of work completed. To qualify for a partial refund, participants must demonstrate that they actively engaged with the course material and completed the assigned work for a reasonable period. (Each RTT session requires a minimum of 21 days for the mind to integrate the process.) Refunds will not be issued for content already accessed or for lack of results if the participant has not demonstrated consistent effort.

Non-Refundable Fees: Registration, administrative, and hypnosis fees are non-refundable.

Participant Responsibility & Results Disclaimer:

  • Individual results may vary. Reset Ignite provides tools, guidance, and support, but there are no guarantees regarding outcomes.

  • Participants are responsible for applying what they learn and following the program requirements to achieve results.

  • If a participant claims a refund based on “no results,” they must provide proof that they completed the work for a reasonable time as outlined in the program instructions.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Submit your request in writing via email to [[email protected]].

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

By Enrolling:

  • You acknowledge that course content is available immediately upon enrollment.

  • You accept that refunds are subject to the rules stated above, including demonstrating effort and following program guidelines.

Additional Restrictions:

  • Refund requests made after final course materials have been released may be denied.

  • Any misuse, sharing, or distribution of course content may void refund eligibility.

  • Refunds do not apply to RTT sessions already conducted.
