4. Registration, Payment

• Registration for Programs must be completed through our official platform.

• Payment must be made in full unless a payment plan is expressly offered.
  

  Reset Ignite Course Refunds

• Full Refund: You can get a full refund if you ask before the course starts.
  

• Partial Refund: After the course has started, refunds may be possible based on how many sessions you’ve attended. No refund for content you’ve already accessed. (Must show the work so we can see WHY it did not work for you)
  

• Non-Refundable Fees: Registration, Admin and Hypnosis fees cannot be refunded.
  

• How to Request: Email us at [[email protected]] to request a refund. Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method within [15] business days.
  

• By enrolling: You agree that course content is available immediately and that refunds follow these rules.

5. Participant Conduct

• Participants agree to behave respectfully and professionally in all interactions.

• You are responsible for your own safety, health, and well-being during Program participation.

• Reset Ignite reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior.
  
  

6. Group Program Disclaimer

• Group sessions may involve sharing of personal information among participants. Reset Ignite cannot guarantee privacy or confidentiality in these settings.

• Participants are solely responsible for any information they share and any consequences resulting from disclosure.
  
  

7. RTT Session Disclaimer

• Individual RTT sessions are confidential between the facilitator and participant.

• Results may vary, and Reset Ignite makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from sessions or programs.

• All meetings are recorded for legal reasons. This is to ensure both yours and our safety. All recordings are locked in a safe location where ONLY the practitioner/Hypnos-Ypnos Therapies will have access.
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reset Ignite, its affiliates, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.

• By participating, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

• Results May Vary: Every participant is different. We do our best to provide valuable tools and guidance, but individual results cannot be guaranteed.

• We won’t sell your info: Your personal information stays with us and trusted service providers only.
  
  

9. Intellectual Property

 All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property related to the Programs remain the property of Reset Ignite. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for personal purposes only.

10. Privacy

 Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Participants must review and acknowledge it before participating in Programs.

11. Modifications & Termination

 Reset Ignite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Programs, services, or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

 These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from participation in Programs will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

13. Severability
